The club Gladius et Codex is dedicated to historical fencing. Our aim is both to enable the training of this unique martial art and to raise public awareness of fencing as a sport and martial art.
We invite you to try out this martial art, which our ancestors used in this country, for yourself at trial training sessions, events and demonstrations.

- Swiss Gathering 2019 – 26. & 27.10.2019
Under the name Swiss-Gathering, the annual event of the SVHEKK in Schönbühl BE has been held since 2011 (in collaboration with Leo et Ursus). It is the biggest occasion for historical fencers in Switzerland. Participation is open to all. The program includes courses and workshops on various topics as well as a tournament. In addition, the Annual General Meeting of the SVHEKK will take place as part of the event.

The General Assembly of the association. It is important to organize all organizational matters such as: The cash register, board elections, etc. In addition, there is a review and a glimpse of the future on the past year and the year ahead.

Tomorrow, February 2, 2019, the GV will take place at Restaurand Falcone at the Schmiede Wiedikon.
After the training (from 11:00 to 13:00) we walk to the restaurant together and discuss the past and next year.
