You can order club merchandise at any time by emailing the person responsible for club equipment. Click the button on the right and place your order by filling out the email template. Together with the confirmation notice, you will also receive QR codes for payment via TWINT or bank transfer.
Ordered items must be collected during training upon appointment.
The rash guards can also be ordered directly from the manufacturer. The person responsible for club equipment can provide more information upon request.

Group Orders
When are group orders placed?
Once or twice a year, Gladius et Codex purchases club equipment from well-known manufacturers. When placing these orders, we offer members the option to purchase equipment for personal use. Through these group orders, shipping and customs costs can be shared more efficiently and we can make use of manufacturer discounts where applicable.
Group orders are usually announced during the first quarter of the year on the club chat.
How do I place an order?
To place an order through Gladius et Codex, complete the order form (download) and submit it labeled with your name to sammelbestellung@getc.ch. Special requests or comments can be noted in the designated field.
Important: Depending on your software, you might need to unlock the document before it can be edited. To do this, after you’ve opened the form, click «Enable editing» near the top. Then complete the form. If available, please also include the item numbers from external vendors (not necessary for Gladius et Codex items).
All items in the Club Shop can also be ordered using the order form. More information is available in the second tab of the order form.
How do I pay for my order?
Once the last delivery of a group order has arrived at Gladius et Codex and you have picked up your items, you will receive an invoice for your order by email. Because many manufacturers have long lead times, this usually happens during the fourth quarter of the year.
